October the 31^st

- The oral sessions will consist of 25 mins invited talks and 15 mins contributed communications, questions included.

October the 8th

- All the posters must be displayed in English and as A0 portrait  (W841mm x H1189 mm).The title and the name and affiliation of all the authors must be given at the top of each poster.   It will be possible to display your poster(s) from Monday the 12^th at 6pm. All the posters will be displayed from Tuesday the 13^th morning to Thursday the 15^th morning to promote discussions during the poster sessions, but also during the coffee breaks.
