REGISTRATION

Registration is required for all participants.

Regular registration fees cover attendance to all the sessions, conference handbook and goods, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, visit of St Malo, gala dinner and three nights (breakfasts included) in a double room (occupied by one person) in the 4 stars hotel of the conference.

Student registration fees cover attendance to all the sessions, conference handbook and goods, welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches, visit of St Malo, gala dinner and three nights (breakfasts included) in a shared twin room (i.e. occupied by two persons) in the 4 stars hotel of the conference. Student registration fees are only valid for undergraduate, master and PhD students.

Accompanying person fees cover the Welcome reception, the Visit of St Malo, the Gala dinner and the extra fees for three breakfasts for an additional person in a double room. Accompanying persons should also follow the registration procedure.

REGISTRATION PROCEDURE

Due to the attractiveness of the event and to the limited number of places available in the meeting room, we are forced to control the registration. Please contact the organizers: only few places are still available.
